Yeah, there is no comic finished for today. This sucks. I am finding out that I am terrible working on a schedule; well, that is not completely true it’s just my schedule is full of every other thing instead of comics. Look, I am not going to write a “poor me” blog post decrying my family and real job, because I need my real job and my family comes first. I also don’t want to quit drawing webcomics so there is only one solution to this problem: I will post comics as soon as they are done. There will be no exact day of the week when new strips will go up it will be pretty haphazard, in fact, a week could go by and nothing get posted. Yeah, it sucks. I don’t want to just race out strips just to fit a deadline that I have prescribed to myself. Sure, posting whenever isn’t going to bring me the fame and fortune like the successful webcomics have (hahahahaha) but it might just keep my sanity about juggling everything. This year is still a great year for 12 Men Died Making This Strip, maybe not as good as I fantasized it but it is still going to be good. We will still grow; new comics will still arrive; maybe we will even garner some cooltastic attention (though I am afraid what going viral would actually do since I can’t put all the time I want into this strip or site).
Well back to work on the next strip; it hopes to see you all real soon!

Schedules are only there to stop you from slacking off. They’re a guide not a rule – I usually aim to do things a while before they need to be done, because life will get in the way so I’ll end up doing them on time rather than early. You don’t *have* to have a Six O’Clock Rule (see THUD! by Terry Pratchett).
Are you okay? We haven’t heard from you since this post… it’s getting a bit concerning.
